Limited Warranty


Rip’s Cleats warrants to the original retail purchaser, is non-transferable and expressly excludes any product that has not been purchased as new from an authorized Rip’s Cleats source, of this product that should this product or any part thereof, under normal use and conditions for which this product was designed for, be proven in material or workmanship within six (6) months of the date of original purchase, be replaced, without charge.


To obtain replacement within the terms of this Warranty, the product along with proof of bill of sale, must be returned to the Company. All returns must also be packed in an outer shipping carton. The warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which, in the opinion of the Company, has been damaged through alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident or exposure to solvents.


We warrant our products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Defective returns will be accepted for an exchange, at our discretion, within 14 days from the date of original purchase.  Momentary refunds will not be granted.  Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.  We are not responsible for lost or damages for returned products.


THE EXTENT OF THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND IN NO EVENT, SHALL THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT.


Sale, Special Order, Discontinued or Clearance merchandise are not returnable
